We work with progressive leaders to drive change, and that's the power of true partnership. **Job Summary** As a 100% remote Financial Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a member of our Support Team, acting as the Single Point of Contact between our clients and our business line. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and support our clients collectively with internal departments, keeping them informed and resolving any potential issues or concerns. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, while maintaining a high level of professionalism expected by our clients in a business-to-business client support role. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as a member of our Support Team, acting as the Single Point of Contact between our clients and our business line * Assist and support our clients collectively with internal departments, keeping them informed and resolving any potential issues or concerns * Maintain client focus at all times by strictly adhering to Client Service Standards, taking ownership of all inquiries and proactively following through to resolution * Provide status to the client at every step of the process * Generate outbound calls when contact is needed throughout the process * Answer/respond to all inbound client calls/emails and provide accurate answers to the client's questions, while maintaining a high level of professionalism * Conference in various department Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed to resolve issues and answer questions * Document interactions with clients in internal systems to ensure that other departments are aware of phone call/email conversations that have occurred * Maintain regular and punctual attendance **Essential Qualifications** * 3 years of mortgage experience; preference for mortgage closing/processing/funding experience (MUST HAVE) * Knowledge of different types of loans (FHA/VA, etc.) * Knowledgeable in the mortgage process flow and established SLA's * Ability to effectively and professionally communicate via phone and email * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Knowledge of mortgage industry software and systems * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At TEKsystems, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
