You'll receive hands-on training, real-time feedback, and the support you need to succeed, with a clearly defined growth path that will take you from $20/hour to up to $30/hour in your first year. **Job Responsibilities** As an Account Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Providing effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns * Building customer loyalty and value through effective account management, identifying appropriate additional products, features, and services, and collecting past-due balances * Delivering outstanding customer service using resource documentation for reference and the automated and training tools provided * Meeting department productivity and quality standards * Approaching each call with a can-do mindset and treating each customer with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help * Completing training requirements to learn new skills and processes, grow knowledge of systems, and develop proficiency in company values, organizational requirements, and competencies needed for the Expert role **Education and Work Experience** * High School Diploma/GED (Required) * 6 months customer service experience preferred **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** * Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously (Required) * Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred) (Preferred) **Licenses and Certifications** * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States **Travel** * Travel Required (Yes/No): No **DOT Regulated** * DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No * Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No **Hourly Base Pay** * $20.00, plus opportunity to earn up to a total of $750 while completing training milestones **Benefits** At blithequark, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports their physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
