About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Account Executive, Customer Base to join our team at blithequark. As a trusted advisor, you will develop and maintain close customer relationships with our existing customer base, educating them on the value and benefits of blithequark products, and creating further sales opportunities. This role is segment-focused and relies on team, solution, and value-based selling techniques to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint among addressable accounts. Key Responsibilities Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets by developing qualified sales opportunities through up-sell and cross-sell to the existing customer base Initiate a high level of outbound prospecting activities, leveraging digital channels, social media, and responding to inbound sales leads to convert them into new business Provide support to qualified prospects and customers, including follow-up, product information, and quotations Coordinate and align blithequark resources to drive opportunities to closure, deliver sales wins, and close new business Maintain a solid working knowledge of blithequark products and the benefits they provide to customers Utilize modern selling and marketing techniques and tools to communicate effectively with customers, build relationships, and develop and close sales opportunities Effectively execute a territory plan and manage pipeline to maximize revenue Enter forecasting and account/opportunity details in Salesforce, providing weekly updates on dollar amounts, status, decision makers, and next steps in closing opportunities Propose, coordinate, and participate in marketing activities within the territory Perform other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of accomplished selling Knowledge of HCM software or high-tech products/services is preferred, with a high preference for knowledge of blithequark solutions Proven ability to develop new sales and drive the sales process across teams Must have knowledge of solution selling and value-based selling techniques Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities and work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications High energy, proven sales closer within a technology or software sales environment Ability to engage with C-Suite, drive business discussions, identify company priorities/goals/strategies, and translate into the value blithequark solutions can deliver to achieve business objectives Aptitude, desire, and commitment to leverage technology and digital selling tools (social, video, automation, etc.) to drive digital sales motion Proven ability to build pipeline (both self-generated activities and leveraging corporate marketing programs) to consistently over-achieve assigned quota Ability to execute against the blithequark Digital Sales Process while managing multiple concurrent opportunities with close attention to detail Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
