About the Role We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team on a remote basis. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving quarterly booking goals, and building a robust sales pipeline. You'll work closely with our sales engineering, marketing, sales, and alliances teams to identify new business opportunities, deliver web-based presentations, and skillfully manage your sales funnel. Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth and Quarterly Booking Goals : Contribute to and be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving quarterly booking goals. Building and Managing Sales Pipeline : Build relationships with VP & C-Suite prospects to methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline. Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate across all major internal functional areas, as well as external partners and customers, to drive sales growth and identify new opportunities. New Business Opportunities : Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities to build and manage a sales funnel and pipeline. Sales Outreach and Engagement : Maintain a high volume of activity, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling, to engage with prospects and drive sales conversions. Web-Based Presentations : Skillfully deliver web-based presentations using inside sales best practices to showcase Prelim's capabilities and value proposition. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Full Cycle SaaS Sales Experience : A minimum of one year of experience in full cycle SaaS sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Competitive Spirit and Excellence : A competitive spirit and a drive to strive for excellence in all aspects of your sales performance. Sound Judgement and Integrity : The ability to exercise sound judgement and integrity in your sales interactions and decision-making. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy: Experience in Financial Services or Banking : Experience working in the financial services or banking industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this sector. Technical Skills : Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and other technologies that support sales productivity and effectiveness. Data-Driven Sales Approach : A data-driven approach to sales, with the ability to analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies accordingly.
