**Experienced Account Executive – Remote Sales Development and Partnership Growth**

Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering exceptional results, fostering strong relationships, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. **Job Summary** We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to lead the sales development and partnership growth efforts for our Paid Services programs. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new partners to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify, qualify, and engage potential partners for arenaflex's Paid Services programs * Develop a deep understanding of our partners' needs, goals, and pain points, as well as our services and features * Create compelling value propositions and sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion * Prospect and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for partner acquisition and revenue growth * Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, prioritizing and executing on key business objectives * Utilize customer data and insights to inform sales strategies and drive business outcomes * Develop and maintain accurate records of sales progress, pipeline activity, and customer interactions using CRM tools like Salesforce.com * Prepare and present business updates and progress reports to internal stakeholders and leadership * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive growth **Essential Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the online business, retail technology, SaaS, or software industries * Proven track record of success in business-to-business sales, with a strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies and strategies * Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and influence key decision-makers at all levels within an organization * Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-pitching organizations, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving business outcomes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience working with legal, product, and internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies * Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive business outcomes * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and experience using CRM tools like Salesforce.com * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and resilience * Experience managing multiple priorities and responsibilities, with a strong focus on time management and organization **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and bonus structure, with opportunities for growth and advancement * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and innovation * Opportunities for professional development and growth, with a commitment to ongoing learning and skill-building * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
