You'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Specifically, you'll be responsible for: * Studying product selection gaps and executing GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform and maximize our products' selection facet & client base. * Growing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and usually monitoring competitor efforts. * Figuring out, prospecting, and obtaining excessive-ability sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, occasions, and presentations. * Guiding dealers through sharing nice-practices of online selling, consisting of statistics-driven insights that help dealers obtain excessive requirements of delivery, patron enjoy & business objectives. * Taking part with and influencing some of internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain high-value sellers on our platform. * Conduct market research and analysis to identify product selection gaps and opportunities for growth. * Build and maintain relationships with key marketplace players and vendors. * Provide guidance and support to dealers on online selling best practices. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve vendor issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. * Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales). * 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives through consultative and solutions-focused processes. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. * Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with complex data. * Ability to think critically and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of e-commerce experience. * 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter. * 3+ years of direct sales experience. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong commercial enterprise judgment with sturdy written and oral communication talents. * Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills. * Ability to suppose and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment. * Polished communication abilities - talking, writing, imparting, and negotiating. * Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be very enthusiastic about success and winning. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
