Key Responsibilities As an Account Manager at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Market Analysis and GTM Strategies : Conduct thorough research on market segments, seasonality, and global developments to identify opportunities for growth and execute effective GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players. Seller Acquisition and Onboarding : Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Seller Enablement and Support : Provide guidance and support to sellers, sharing best practices and statistics-driven insights to help them achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues, ensuring seamless communication and conflict resolution. Primary Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Bachelor's Degree : A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or economics. Sales Experience : 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry. Results-Oriented : A proven track record of exceeding sales targets through consultative and solutions-focused processes. Product Knowledge : Familiarity with nascent products and offerings, with a strong desire to promote them into new markets.
