Our platform enables millions of customers to discover and purchase products from a vast selection of sellers, and we're constantly looking for talented individuals to join our mission. **Job Summary** As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value relationships with new and existing sellers. Your primary goal will be to identify product selection gaps and execute go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players to our platform. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve vendor issues and provide guidance to sellers on best practices for online selling. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and monitor competitor efforts to stay ahead of the curve. * Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. * Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues, and influence key decision-makers to drive growth and market development. * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies and optimize seller performance. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with sellers, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive loyalty and retention. **Primary Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree required. * 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry. * Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives through consultative and solutions-focused processes. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs. * Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning. * Commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills. * Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with a comfort level with complex financial data. * Polished communication skills, including talking, writing, imparting, and negotiating. **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus. * 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus. * 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and bonus structure. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and customer-obsessed team. * Professional development and growth opportunities, including training and mentorship programs. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about e-commerce and customer experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
