Experienced Account Manager for B2B SaaS I

We’re a fast-moving startup helping online businesses protect their revenue by preventing chargebacks. We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join us as the face of our brand. In this role, you’ll ensure our customers feel supported, the platform runs smoothly for them, and any issues get resolved quickly. Word of mouth is our top source of new business, and you’ll be the main driver of it. What You’ll Do • Be the primary point of contact for customers from day one • Provide onboarding and ongoing support via chat, email, phone, and video calls • Troubleshoot common platform issues and escalate when needed • Build long-term, trust-based relationships. Many clients stay with us for years • Identify client pain points and actively work to improve their experience This is a relational role, not transactional. We’re seeking someone who can build deep client relationships and loves making customers feel heard, helped, and valued. Even when they can be demanding. What You’ll Need • 2+ years in B2B SaaS or fintech account management • Fluent English (spoken and written) • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication: clear, kind, and confident • We’re not here to micromanage. You’ll have the freedom to lead and the responsibility to deliver. You’ll join a lean team, work independently and remotely, and play a key role in helping our clients succeed and grow.
