Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to join our Vendor Achievement Software (VSP) group, where you will play a key role in managing vendors for blithequark Retail US. As a seasoned professional, you will thrive in an ambiguous environment, leveraging your exceptional analytical and negotiation skills to drive business growth and deliver outstanding results. Your expertise in relationship management, strategic planning, and process excellence will be essential in driving the success of our seller partners. Key Responsibilities Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, improve seller performance, and enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics that drive growth and inform business decisions. Relationship Management: Build and cultivate strong relationships with sellers, internal stakeholders, and other blithequark programs. Serve as a trusted advisor and business advocate, providing exceptional support and guidance to drive seller success. Process Excellence: Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and key metrics to inform strategic development of functions and programs that accelerate growth and improve the seller experience. Identify areas of inefficiency and simplify processes to drive scalability and efficiency.
