Job Overview The Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients. This position will be responsible for a range of duties, including facility support, mailroom duties, conference room and event set-ups, and office moves. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including facility support, mailroom duties, and other tasks as required Assist with conference room and event set-ups, including moving chairs, tables, and other furniture as needed Support office moves and other special projects as required Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills to complete tasks and assignments efficiently Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Intermediate-level user of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, completing tasks and assignments in a timely fashion Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all work Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, with moderate dexterity and regular application of basic skills Preferred Qualifications 1 year of customer service experience preferred 1 year of administrative experience preferred Basic Microsoft knowledge and experience preferred Work Environment and Culture At blithequark, we are committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth, development, and success.
