Job Overview and Responsibilities In this critical role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks to assist with the processing of medical claim reviews by professionals. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. Key responsibilities include: Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed Processing and reviewing medical claims and related documents Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Utilizing word processing software to create and edit documents Faxing and scanning documents as required Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives Work Schedule and Training We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate your needs and preferences. You can choose from: Monday – Friday; 8-hour shifts between 8:00am – 5:00pm Tuesday – Saturday; 8:00am – 4:30pm During the initial 2-3 weeks, you will participate in comprehensive training, which will take place Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm. This training will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role and make a seamless transition into our team. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in the healthcare industry Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic Preferred qualifications include experience with data entry software, medical terminology, and previous work in a healthcare setting.
