As an Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about using data to tell stories and drive business outcomes. **Responsibilities** As an Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing advanced statistical models and data mining techniques to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing Marketing Mix Models for various business initiatives * Transforming version outcomes into insights to help stakeholders understand historical media effects and trends in media performance * Developing and delivering productive, insightful analytic displays that provide consultative paths to key stakeholders * Building diverse statistical models for arenaflex business initiatives and business problems * Performing exploratory data analysis to gain insights into business operations and validate data **Basic Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: * Minimum 2 years of experience with diverse analytic, data mining, and machine learning methodologies, including multivariate regression, mixed models, clustering, time series regression, and forecasting * Proficiency in R or Python for data mining * Excellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to summarize and present advanced analytics to senior leadership **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * High scalability with the use of R or Python for data mining * Prior work experience within a media business or analytics consulting firm * Knowledgeable in marketing or media blend modeling * Expertise in advanced data mining and statistical methodologies * Experience with SQL and relational databases **Required Education** To be considered for this role, you'll need to have: * Master's degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research **Preferred Education** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Ph.D. or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, bonus, and long-term incentive devices.
