Key Responsibilities Act as an informed authority for Travel Management Company (TMC) business for arenaflex, providing expert guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders. Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel value propositions for arenaflex, identifying opportunities for growth and development. With minimal direction from authority, exercise extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements, aiming to achieve the highest market share and yield possible in individual markets. Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-compliant agreements, ensuring that all business dealings are conducted in a professional and ethical manner. Analyze revenue, margins, and contract performance to ensure objective compliance and profitability, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth. Develop marketing-related promotions to support sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business loyalty teams to create effective campaigns and programs. Manage the setup of TMC agency accounts through sales calls, negotiating agreements, and coordinating with pricing teams to ensure seamless execution. Prepare and execute local sales plans in accordance with corporate sales targets, ensuring that arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and leveraging its position in the marketplace. Essential Qualifications 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service environment or related area, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Bachelor's degree, or two additional years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree, showcasing a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics, reading, and writing. Must be authorized to work in the U.S., with a valid passport and the ability to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications Prior airline experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its unique challenges and opportunities. Prior exposure to and use of travel industry data reporting sources like Curve and Crystal, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce, with experience in managing and maintaining large datasets and customer relationships.
