Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced Airline Technical Representative to join our team at IAH Airport. As a key member of our airport operations and management team, you will be responsible for evaluating and implementing solutions to operational impacts, coordinating with clients, tenants, designers, and construction teams, and representing our clients in progress meetings. You will also be involved in design reviews, project phasing, cost estimation, and schedule development, as well as communicating technical issues to non-technical audiences. This is a hybrid remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from home and travel to the project site as needed. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and implement solutions to operational impacts and coordinate resolution with clients, tenants, designers, and construction teams Design review of conceptual and detailed design for airport terminal and airfield improvements, including terminals, concourses, apron areas, and specialty systems Represent clients in progress meetings, coordinate design, address operational issues, and develop solutions Maintain effective communication with peers, supervisors, and clients as necessary Develop project phasing to address operational issues and review and develop program schedules and cost estimates Prepare status reports, presentations, and materials explaining operational impacts or general project information to clients and others Communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences both verbally and in writing Monitor construction status and coordinate with representatives of the construction team on project status and construction issues Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in aviation capital project development and implementation, as well as experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering or Management, Aviation Management, or a related field is required. You should also have at least 5-10 years of experience in terminal design and construction, airline operations, airport design, planning, and operations, with terminal or larger building construction/implementation experience being a plus.
