Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience team as an Airport Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will engage with customers, respond to changing operational environments, and collaborate with various stakeholders to provide exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers, review daily work sheets, and react to changes in the operating environment to ensure seamless and personalized experiences. Deliver positive customer experiences in cooperation with various teams, including DPS, AOC, TSC, EOC, Airlines, and CBP, during routine or emergency events, such as accident/injury reports, elevator/Skylink entrapments, homeless population, and criminal trespass. Answer customers' questions and concerns, provide information on all blithequark products, including airport services, amenities, concessions, airlines, and kiosks, and offer personalized recommendations and solutions. Deliver customer assistance for internal/external stakeholder requests, including terminal tours, media events, Military Service Member Support/USO, SkyLink interruptions, and Airline Special events, such as the Snowball Express. Perform multiple customer experience functions for all areas of the Terminal, including Public Space, Airline Space, Checkpoints, Concessions, Customs and Border Protection, Custodial and Maintenance Support, and Terminal Projects. Complete a variety of activity logs and status reports to monitor the business unit and identify areas for improvement. Execute the daily operational and 4-day forecast plan to direct engagement and interaction with customers, monitor the actual operational environment, and mitigate customer impact to maintain a positive customer experience throughout all terminals. Essential Qualifications Two (2) years of experience in customer service in a direct customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations. Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs for approximately 500 feet, with occasional lifting and/or pushing up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of physical activity. Possession of a valid Class C driver's license, with a clean driving record and ability to travel to different locations within the airport. Preferred Qualifications Ability to speak a second language in addition to English, with fluency in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic, and a willingness to use language skills to communicate with customers and stakeholders. Ability to utilize Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other computer applications as required, with proficiency in using technology to enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiency.
