Job Overview and Key Responsibilities The Airport Customer Service Field Support Strategy and Analytics intern will be an integral part of the ACS team, working on multiple projects to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: Measuring and analyzing current performance to identify areas for improvement Implementing project management skills and practices to drive project success Collaborating with various stakeholders across business units to achieve common goals Providing process engineering and internal consulting services to optimize operations Participating in data collection efforts to inform business decisions Identifying and implementing improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and performance Recommending innovative ideas for new ways to provide optimal customer service and evaluating the impact of proposed operational changes What You Will Achieve As an intern with the ACS team, you will have the opportunity to work on a larger project that will be presented to Leadership at the end of the semester. This project will allow you to apply your skills and knowledge to real-world problems, develop your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate your value to the organization. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Undergraduate students in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Hospitality, or a similar field in a 4-year degree program Enrollment in an accredited institution during the duration of the program Ability to present yourself professionally and effectively communicate with various levels of leadership Team-oriented and supportive of continuous improvement methodologies Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint Willingness and ability to learn new skills Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles Consistently prioritizes safety and security, of self and others Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Familiarity with data analysis and experience with tools such as SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, or Microsoft Power Apps Comfortable working in group and individual settings Track record of seeking leadership roles, including student and community organizations Ability to digest large amounts of data and information and succinctly explain what can be learned from the data and how it can support decision-making Ability to develop effective presentations that help explain the background, analysis, results, and recommendations to leaders in an efficient and effective manner Desire to learn leadership techniques and best practices in problem-solving and conflict resolution to enable innovation and progress on difficult-to-solve challenges Desire to learn more about the airline industry and interest in arenaflex as a company Internship Program Outline The internship program will run for 12 weeks, from May 12th, 2025, to August 1st, 2025. As an intern, you will be based at the arenaflex Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. Students who reside 50 miles or more from Headquarters are eligible for a housing stipend.
