About the Role We're seeking an experienced and skilled Amazon Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities As an Amazon Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner Working with the implementation of the WW CS Experts strategy through local management and support teams Leading and supporting process improvement projects at the organization level that may have a global impact Mentoring and training Leaders and project teams on Experts ideas and philosophies Performing quantitative analysis of key process indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement Directing project portfolio, helping Continuous Improvement Specialists and individual program managers with execution and delivery of results Identifying valuable opportunities to automate processes and collaborating with partners to develop an automation pipeline Reviewing completed projects to verify supported impact and collaborating with Financial Controller to validate impact Communicating across all levels on project and program progress Working with and participating in meetings as necessary to collaborate with development and organization-wide initiatives Managing and developing talent Setting objectives and tasks independently in highly ambiguous situations Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams 2+ years of team management experience 2+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience 2+ years of program or project management experience Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements 2 years of proven experience with continuous improvement tools and processes, or demonstrated ability of a capable level continuous improvement specialist A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience presenting, analyzing, and delivering results to senior leadership 2+ years of experience leading global or cross-territorial initiatives Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong leadership and management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Amazon, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
