Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking activities, and manage product replenishment to prevent stockouts. Analyze inventory trends and make recommendations to optimize inventory levels. Data Entry: Accurately input and update product information, pricing details, and other relevant data into Amazon's backend systems. Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail to maintain high-quality records. Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather insights to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies. Provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth. Customer Support: Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via email or messaging platforms, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback, and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties as needed, including document preparation, scheduling, and communication management. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Amazon marketplace management, preferably in a virtual assistant or data entry role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with its various features and tools. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping tasks.
