Job Overview: Analytics Manager We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to join our Digital Retail Experience team in Houston, USA. As an Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and driving the measurement and analysis of our payment platform initiatives and activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in understanding and improving our business solutions, capabilities, processes, and systems that underpin the next generation of frictionless, secure, and customer engagement-enhancing experiences. Key Responsibilities: Become the expert on payment behavior for our payment's infrastructure, applying analytical techniques and skills to uncover deep insights on both customer journey behaviors and financial opportunities. Define metrics that the team uses to evaluate their success, perform analysis to understand the on-enterprise goals, as well as identify significant opportunities and track progress toward those outcomes. Present in key meetings and business reviews with our business and technical leadership. Tackle complex problems inherent to a two-sided marketplace; deliver insights that drive changes in business strategy. Drive business case development, and estimating activities, key initiatives, and rhythm of business to ensure maximum return on investment and strategic alignment. Optimize revenue capture and minimize payment clearing costs for the enterprise. Collaborate with Payments leadership on managing payment operations. Optimize payment operations processes, standards, service levels, and best practices that are globally extensible and that inform future payments requirements. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Computer Science. Experience in driving analytics projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment. Passion for diving into the details and solving complex business problems. Strong Excel and SQL skills, with experience in Data Blocks or similar tools. Experience with one or more BI tools, such as SSAS, Power BI, or Tableau. Past experience in payments, fintech, marketplace, or e-commerce. Past experience with payments platforms, relevant ecosystems, and related KPIs. Experience in using agile working practices. Experience in building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases in close collaboration with key stakeholder groups. Strong analytical problem-solving and quantitative skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a strong bias for action. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as an MBA or Master's in Data Science. Experience in leading cross-functional teams or managing direct reports. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms. Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence. Certifications in analytics or data science, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Analytics Professional.
