Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: A valid New Jersey State Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license A high school diploma or equivalent Proof of eligibility to work in the US A copy of your PPD or Chest X-Ray Proof of full vaccination A clean criminal background check and drug test Preferred qualifications include previous experience working in home care, a strong understanding of the needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
