Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that meet the diverse needs of students Create a positive and inclusive educational climate that promotes student engagement and motivation Meet course and school-wide student performance goals and participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance teaching practices Develop and implement lesson plans that integrate competencies, goals, and objectives and utilize various curriculum resources and technologies to enhance student learning Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities and prepare and distribute parent communications to keep families informed of student progress Observe and evaluate student performance and manage student behavior in the classroom, creating appropriate behavior strategies to support student success Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree or higher and be at least 18 years old. You will also need to hold a valid Colorado Educator License or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire. Additionally, you will need to possess the required license and endorsement for teaching Third Grade. Preference will be given to candidates with ELL Training and/or an ESL or LDE (Linguistically Diverse Education) Endorsement.
