Job Overview We're currently seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Data Scientist to join our Cloud Innovations Application Stage (AP) team. As a key member of our team, you'll help design and implement our AI strategy to take our developer experience platform to the next level and accelerate application development within blithequark. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply algorithms to large-scale data, and help us drive business growth through data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI models to improve developer productivity and application development efficiency Collaborate with AI engineers, programmers, and other data scientists to deliver end-to-end AI-enabled solutions Apply machine learning algorithms to large-scale data to drive business insights and recommendations Ensure data quality through analysis, modeling, and validation of results Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present results in a clear and meaningful way Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field 2+ years of experience in the software industry with a focus on machine learning Proficiency in quantitative programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and distributed stores like S3, Flash, Vector Database Experience with model deployment for experimentation and testing Strong understanding of advanced AI (ML) algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models Strong comprehension of transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and applying models to solve business problems Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field Experience with training models or using foundation models and retraining or fine-tuning to custom needs Experience applying ML methods in developer productivity is a plus Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and distributed computing Excellent communication and presentation skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical, business, and soft skills.
