Job Overview The Associate Customer Success Director role at blithequark is a critical position that supports client managers, strengthens client relationships, and facilitates smooth service delivery through escalation resolution. Key Responsibilities Engage primarily on Client Management deliverables upon account onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional customer experience. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and tailored support. Serve as a second-level point of contact (POC) for escalation, providing timely and effective resolutions to client concerns. Act as a process auditor to clients and internal teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements. Co-facilitate monthly and quarterly meetings with clients, ensuring open communication and alignment with their goals and objectives. Manage client forecasts and co-facilitate meetings to ensure accurate forecasting and revenue growth. Collaborate with regional teams to resolve issues, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement. Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance client relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: A postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience working in the PES screening industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing clients. Certifications in customer success, account management, or a related field, such as CSMP or CSM. Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
