Key Responsibilities Arrange scenes, animations, stage blocks, and cameras from script or animatic, using your creative vision to bring our stories to life Utilize an exclusive visual pre-visualization language and tools to drive the player's movement through a sprawling story, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience Creatively frame and execute essential camera shots and characters to maintain and guarantee a specific vision, collaborating with design and art teams to foster solutions and tools that maximize efficiency Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new techniques, tools, and pipelines, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies Contribute to the development of our games, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and innovation, and align with our company's mission and values Essential Qualifications Game development experience through personal projects or professional experience, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and creativity Experience with Unity's built-in tools and systems (animation, particle, etc.), with a solid understanding of Unity's core concepts and components (GameObjects, prefabs, etc.) Ability to learn and master proprietary tools and pipelines, with a strong capacity for self-directed learning and professional development Knowledge of best practices for basic camera placement and movement, with an eye for creative and aesthetic details Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts to a multi-disciplinary team, and collaborate effectively with designers, artists, and other stakeholders Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of relevant experience in game development, with a focus on technical art, animation, or a related field Experience with other game engines, such as Unreal Engine, or programming languages, such as C#, Java, or Python Knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, and lighting, with experience using tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment A passion for gaming, entertainment, and storytelling, with a strong understanding of our company's mission, values, and culture Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of technical, creative, and interpersonal skills.
