Conduct account analysis and reviews, preparing proposals and presenting solutions to business customers to meet their evolving needs. Follow up with businesses to document their experience with our service, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with arenaflex B2B representatives to provide optimal care and support to our business customers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. Utilize Word, Excel, Salesforce, and spreadsheets on a daily basis, demonstrating extensive and accurate typing skills and attention to detail. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in customer service, sales, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
