Job Summary In this exciting B2B opportunity, you will work closely with business customers via phone and email to provide top-notch support and resolve any concerns they may have. As a liaison between customers, business representatives, and arenaflex support teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and timely issue resolution. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our business customers. Key Responsibilities Confer with business customers by telephone and email to provide information about products and services, addressing their queries, and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain accurate records of business interactions, transactions, and customer feedback, utilizing tools such as Salesforce and spreadsheets to track and analyze data. Process service requests through appropriate channels, ensuring timely reconciliation and correct authorization, and saving all relevant documentation. Conduct account analysis, reviews, and proposals to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and present findings to business customers and internal stakeholders. Follow up with business customers to document their experience with our services, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with arenaflex B2B representatives to provide optimal care and support to our business customers, ensuring a cohesive and customer-centric approach. Daily use of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Salesforce, as well as extensive and accurate typing skills. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent experience required, with a strong foundation in customer service, sales, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications. Experience with face-to-face or telephone sales, customer service, or account management preferred, with a proven track record of building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and experiences are preferred: Previous experience in the wireless industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer needs.
