Job Overview As a customer care associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing customer service by responding to inquiries regarding product selection, services, and issues. Our extensive product portfolio consists of 20,000 products and 3 catalogues, requiring our associates to have a strong knowledge base and the ability to navigate through our systems efficiently. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to make informed decisions about our products and services. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels regarding product selection, services, and issues Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our 20,000 products and 3 catalogues to provide accurate and informative support to clients Utilize strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure alignment and resolve customer issues promptly Provide timely and professional resolutions to customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B or order-processing environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Bilingual (English/French) is a must, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Preferred Qualifications Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms Knowledge of inventory management systems and order processing procedures Previous experience working in a contract or temporary role, with the ability to adapt to changing environments Certification in customer service or a related field, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with others to achieve common goals Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
