About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our team in Irving, Texas. As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their loan journey. Key Responsibilities Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing top-notch support and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Process phone payments and conduct outbound customer interview calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns. Communicate and resolve customer issues via our online chat channel, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, providing clear explanations and solutions to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction. Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and arenaflex's high standards. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED, with some college coursework being a plus. Preferably, you will have two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio, with collection experience being an asset. A minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving customer issues. Working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to master our web-based system of record (LoanPro) – training will be provided. Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone and online chat channels. Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is a significant plus. Excellent "people" skills, a strong customer service attitude, and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment. The flexibility to work a varied schedule, which may include some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
