About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative to join our Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support and servicing to our growing portfolio of Powersports loans. Key Responsibilities Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients. Process phone payments and conduct outbound customer interview calls to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues promptly. Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns. Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, providing clear and concise information and support. Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring that our high standards of customer service are consistently met. Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED, with some college coursework a plus. Preferably, you will have two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. Collection experience is a plus. A minimum of 2 years related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support. Working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems of record (LoanPro) - training will be provided. Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone and online chat channels. Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is a significant plus. Excellent "people" skills, with a strong customer service attitude and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and punctuality. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the powersports or automotive industry, with a deep understanding of the products and services we offer. Knowledge of collections and servicing regulations, with a strong understanding of federal and state-specific laws. Experience with LoanPro or similar web-based systems of record, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
