What You Will Do in This Role As a Customer Representative on our team, you will be the face of our brand, providing first-class customer satisfaction and support to our clients and their customers. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care. Logging call details onto our call tracking systems and performing follow-ups according to established procedures. Supporting consumers in the sales and after-sales process by qualifying their needs, recommending products, and providing after-sales support. Forwarding escalations and defined topics to the respective brand units or contact persons, ensuring that all customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. De-escalating complaints, offering solutions within our client's procedures and policies, and transferring non-standard cases to the client or designated partner for resolution. Ensuring that our client's corporate image is presented correctly in all interactions, generating exceptional customer experiences through outstanding service and personal care on all channels. Your Qualifications We're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
