Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls related to health care enrollment, providing responsive and efficient service to client inquiries. You will assist clients in selecting the most suitable health plans, educate them on managed care, and guide them through the enrollment and disenrollment process. Your goal will be to provide exceptional support, ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the service they receive. Key Responsibilities Handle calls efficiently, providing responsive service to client inquiries in both Bengali and English. Assist clients in selecting the most suitable health plans, providing education on managed care and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Guide clients through the enrollment and disenrollment process, ensuring that all forms are completed accurately and that clients understand the process. Follow up with clients via email as needed to ensure satisfaction and completion of the enrollment process. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that clients receive seamless support and that all issues are resolved efficiently. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. The essential requirements for this position include: High school diploma/GED or higher. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting. Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Computer proficiency, with the ability to type at a minimum of 35 WPM. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
