By embracing these values, we strive to create a culture that fosters innovation, creativity, and excellence in everything we do. **Job Summary** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through non-scripted interactions via phone, email, and software chat applications. You will work closely with our energy efficiency team to provide prompt and accurate processing of energy efficiency applications, assist customers with program questions, and perform other administrative duties as assigned. If you are a customer-oriented professional with a strong ability to focus on incoming and repetitive data, while maintaining careful attention to detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Non-scripted customer interactions via phone, email, and software chat application * Professional outreach to customers and program participants * Reviewing and assisting customers with energy application inquiries and program questions * Performing other administrative duties as assigned, such as data entry and database navigation * Collaborating with the energy efficiency team to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Utilizing state-of-the-art call center technology and efficient business processes to streamline customer interactions **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * 2+ years of professional work experience * 2+ years of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and other programs within the MS Office Suite * Ability to pass a background check **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous business processing or back-office experience * Ability to accurately process applications within a highly repetitive processing environment * Previous sales or customer service experience * Computer skills, including data entry with a high degree of accuracy and speed, and database navigation * Strong communication skills, both written and oral * Ability to display a high energy level, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for the program while working with team members, customers, and other program participants * Experience working with program participants ranging from homeowners to contractors in order to troubleshoot application requirements * Identifies, defines, and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully, and develops alternative solutions * Ability to work independently and with others * Strong organizational and analytical skills * Ability to type 45 to 50 wpm * Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Superior interpersonal skills, including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude * Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities and to work limited overtime as necessary * Able to sit for prolonged periods of time * Takes pride in own ability to positively make a difference in the lives of program participants * Desire and ability to quickly learn about the energy business **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and diverse team * Professional growth and development opportunities * Flexible work environment with remote work options * Comprehensive training and onboarding program * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to the latest technology and tools * Collaborative and inclusive work culture **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we are committed to building a team that reflects the diversity of our clients and customers.
