About the Role Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the face of arenaflex, serving as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our financial hardship programs. As a CSR, you will be the connection between our Sales and Operations teams, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities Provide best-in-class customer service over the phone, responding to client requests, anticipating unstated needs, and educating them on our programs Analyze client problems and provide timely and efficient solutions through effective listening and strong interpersonal skills Document request outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis, ensuring seamless communication with other departments Work efficiently and effectively to resolve client requests independently and as part of a team Develop and maintain positive client relations, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of client requests and questions Utilize our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to obtain and extract information, document client interactions, and maintain accurate records Handle a high volume of client interactions in a remote call center environment, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills What We Look For To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free home workspace Technical proficiency with CRM systems and strong computer skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively, respond empathetically, and resolve conflicts effectively Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a financial services or debt management environment Knowledge of financial hardship programs and debt management strategies Experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment, competitive compensation and benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
