About the Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will have the opportunity to engage and delight our broad variety of customers (sellers and buyers) by solving complex challenges and managing disputes and complaints. Your goal will be to ensure that customer queries are addressed and resolved in a correct and timely manner via diverse channels (chat, email, phone, social media). In this role, you will mediate between customers and find solutions that work for both parties. You will be the voice of blithequark, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring that our customers return to our platform on a regular basis. Your close customer contact will also provide valuable feedback on possibilities for improvements in our services, making you a crucial link between departments. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via diverse channels (chat, email, phone, social media) to resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Mediate between customers to find solutions that work for both parties, ensuring a positive experience for all. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and experts, to improve the overall customer experience and provide feedback on service improvements. Utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide fitting solutions. Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience when interacting with customers, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Who You Are: To succeed in this role, you should be motivated by providing delight to our customers and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer support. You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively in both French and English, with strong written and verbal skills. Additionally, you should: Have previous experience in a customer service environment or a customer-related role (hospitality, tourism, retail, call-center, etc.). Be able to quickly switch between various customer channels like phone and email communications. Be able to positively interact with your team and other departments, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Be available to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work at least 2 weekends a month and on some public holidays. Be willing to commute to our Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week. What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive Annual Gross Base Salary of 18,000€-23,000€, depending on your level, competencies, and overall experience.
