Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with clients via incoming and outgoing calls and/or internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to our customers, resolving common issues and addressing questions related to our products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide incoming customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues Track, document, and retrieve information from databases Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred Offer additional products and services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong interest in customer service, and a compassionate approach to interacting with clients.
