About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) to join our team of remote workers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language. You will help customers resolve basic technical issues, track and document information in databases, and maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services. Key Responsibilities: Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English) Help customers resolve basic technical issues related to products and/or services Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Offer additional products and/or services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: The ability to speak fluent French and English 1+ year of customer service experience A high school diploma or GED A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of customer service software and technology Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
