Our mission is to provide top-notch support to our customers, and we're seeking a talented bilingual representative to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark in Latin America, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking students. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling all customer service tickets from our Spanish-speaking students inside Zendesk and What's App * Responding to tickets within 24 hours, except on weekends * Updating customer accounts in various platforms * Solving problems and brainstorming solutions with the rest of the team (in both English and Spanish) * Working within our payment processing system to assist with refunds, subscription changes, and other tasks * Maintaining and updating Customer Service SOPs for this brand * Working a maximum of 10 hours per week (to start) **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you must possess: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish * The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks * A self-starter mentality, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Proficiency in using our tech stack, including Slack, Asana, Dropbox, Searchie (Membership.Io), ZenDesk, Chargebee, Keap, Loom, and Google Suite **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate: * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Familiarity with our tech stack and software applications * Experience working with Latin American customers or in a similar cultural context * A background in marketing, social media, or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our team members' growth and development.
