**Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Latin America Expansion**

Founded in 2020 by Brock and Chalene Johnson, we have helped over 45,000 students from 30 countries and are now expanding our reach to Latin America. Our mission is to provide top-notch support to our customers, and we're seeking a talented bilingual representative to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark in Latin America, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking students. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling all customer service tickets from our Spanish-speaking students inside Zendesk and What's App * Responding to tickets within 24 hours, except on weekends * Updating customer accounts in various platforms * Solving problems and brainstorming solutions with the rest of the team (in both English and Spanish) * Working within our payment processing system to assist with refunds, subscription changes, and other tasks * Maintaining and updating Customer Service SOPs for this brand * Working a maximum of 10 hours per week (to start) **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you must possess: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish * The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks * A self-starter mentality, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Proficiency in using our tech stack, including Slack, Asana, Dropbox, Searchie (Membership.Io), ZenDesk, Chargebee, Keap, Loom, and Google Suite **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate: * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Familiarity with our tech stack and software applications * Experience working with Latin American customers or in a similar cultural context * A background in marketing, social media, or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our team members' growth and development.
