About the Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative We're seeking a passionate and proactive Bilingual Contract Customer Service Representative to join our member services team. As the voice of Blithequark, you will engage with our members via live chat and email, helping them navigate our healthcare program, understand their benefits, and find the right healthcare providers for their needs. This role is perfect for someone who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, is fluent in both English and Spanish, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding support to Blithequark members through live chat and email, offering guidance on how to utilize their healthcare benefits effectively and find suitable providers. Follow best practices for handling member inquiries, and suggest improvements to our processes as you identify opportunities for enhancement. Manage your workload efficiently using our platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite, to ensure seamless service delivery. Triaging and escalating complex or urgent member care needs to ensure timely resolution. Maintain a detailed understanding of employer health benefits and insurance to provide accurate information and support. Relay member feedback to leadership teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of Blithequark's solutions. Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess: Verbal and written fluency in both Spanish and English. A passion for helping others, with the ability to think creatively and empathetically. Experience in a customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of staying calm under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A high level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness. A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment and adapt to some ambiguity. Alignment with Blithequark's mission to improve the healthcare system. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
