Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in supporting a major insurance institution. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, provided you are local to the surrounding Georgia areas. Your primary objective will be to increase customer satisfaction and retention by delivering accurate, consistent, timely, and meaningful information to members, customers, patients, and providers. You will play a vital role in empowering them to fully utilize and maximize the benefits of their insurance coverage. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders, including members, customers, patients, and providers, via phone, email, or other communication channels Build rapport and collaborative relationships with current and prospective members, adhering to compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements Prepare customers to fully utilize and maximize the benefits of their insurance coverage, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner Utilize your bilingual skills (Spanish) to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the same level of support and service as English-speaking customers Stay up-to-date with insurance products, services, and policies, maintaining a thorough understanding of the institution's offerings and benefits Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction targets, call handling times, and resolution rates Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach Essential Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish) speaking, with the ability to pass a language assessment Two years of customer service experience, with a focus on call center or healthcare environments (highly preferred) High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field, or a combination of education and work experience Minimum typing speed of 30+ words per minute (wpm) High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services Call center experience, with a focus on customer service, sales, or retention Healthcare experience, with knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and regulations Experience working with diverse customer populations, including Spanish-speaking communities Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other customer service tools Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
