As a key member of our customer service team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. About the Role We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) customer service professional to work in our remote customer service team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls from consumers, providing excellent customer service, documenting consumer complaints into a secure database, and offering educational materials and referrals related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud, providing A+ customer service and support. Efficiently document consumer complaints into a secure database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Provide educational materials and referrals related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with consumers. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required. Excellent computer and typing skills, with the ability to efficiently document consumer complaints into a secure database. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide A+ customer service. Bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken). Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, which can take anywhere from 7-60 days to obtain. Desired Qualifications: Prior call center experience, preferably in a customer service role. General knowledge of federal law related to identity theft and consumer fraud. Professional resume with contact information (phone number and email address) and previous employer details.
