Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be the "Product Expert" for an assigned customer base, taking replenishment orders, selling snack food products and promotions, and providing exceptional customer service to drive business growth and profitability. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate and complete customer orders, while also addressing customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities Follow established procedures and adhere to a schedule to ensure seamless customer service operations Answer calls in English or French language queues, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner Sell our portfolio of products to existing and new customers, promoting our brand and driving business growth Utilize issue resolution and follow-up techniques to handle a variety of customer service needs, ensuring flawless coordination and communication with customers Proactively partner with customers, positioning ourselves as the snack food experts and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs Essential Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent (associate degree preferred) Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience Proficiently work using a computer in a Windows environment Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work well in an evolving, fast-paced environment Strong analytical and processing skills, with high attention to detail Skills in handling customer complaints in a calm and polished manner Fluent in English and French Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST Preferred Qualifications Continuous process improvement focus, with a drive for results and a commitment to excellence Customer-driven, with positive relationship and influence skills High degree of maturity and integrity, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
