Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries or orders, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike. Fluency in English and Spanish, with multilingual skills highly preferred, allowing you to provide support to a diverse range of customers. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.
