Day in the Life of a Brand Champion As a Brand Champion, you will work diligently with customers, providing solutions, answering general customer service questions, and addressing service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities. You will utilize your unique troubleshooting skills to own all customer interactions, aiming for one-call resolution.
