Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing client accounts by taking ownership of account handling, maintenance, collection, and liquidation for assigned portfolios. Key Responsibilities Analyzing payment history and notes to clearly communicate account statuses to customers Recommending appropriate solutions to customers by analyzing their accounts and negotiating acceptable collection arrangements Promptly reporting and referring sensitive and complex issues to the Team Leader Documenting all activities in accordance with established procedures in a clear and concise manner Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should have a High School Diploma, the ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM, and previous experience in customer service, retail services, or a call contact environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor while handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines are also essential.
