Job Overview We are offering a full-time contractor position for 30-40 hours a week, with a 4-month contract and the opportunity for renewal based on performance. As a Bilingual Customer Support Online Chat Specialist , you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring our users have an exceptional experience with our app, and your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of blithequark. Key Responsibilities Answer live chat messages and support the needs of our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese Collect and relay customer feedback to the rest of the blithequark team Identify potential issues and coordinate appropriately with the Development team Support other Customer Support projects as necessary Manage inbound and outbound calls to users, handling phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues effectively Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese , with excellent communication skills in both languages A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support/Service Technical savviness to support our users, with familiarity with software such as Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk being a plus Coding knowledge is not required but is a plus Flexibility to work various shifts , including evenings and weekends, if needed A reliably strong internet connection (at least 10 MB/s) is necessary Fluency in Polish, German, French, Italian, or Tagalog is also a plus What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing a competitive compensation package, with a starting rate of 20 hours per week and the potential to ramp up to 40 hours a week depending on need and volume.
