About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bilingual French and English Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote customer service representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with clients via incoming and outgoing calls and/or the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer support and resolve common issues and queries related to our clients' products and services.
