About the Role As a Bilingual Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our Customer Support Team, working around the clock to assist and empower our diverse user base via chat, email, and phone support. Meet internal Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Metrics, prioritizing and managing multiple open issues simultaneously. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Bilingual Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS technology company. At least 3 years of experience in technical support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence. Resilience and adaptability in a dynamically changing business and product environment, with a self-motivated and internally driven approach to work. Trustworthiness, reliability, and a high level of integrity, with a customer-obsessed mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding support.
