About the Role As a Bilingual Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our Customer Support Team, working around the clock to assist and empower our diverse user base via chat, email, and phone support. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily, addressing their questions, and resolving their challenges. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers and troubleshoot issues through chat, email, and phone channels, providing timely and effective solutions. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues of varying complexity, determining the appropriate course of action to resolve customer complaints. Ask targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem, ensuring that customers receive accurate and relevant support. Meet internal Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Metrics, prioritizing and managing multiple open issues simultaneously. Properly escalate unresolved issues to internal teams, recognizing trends with reported issues and communicating them to relevant stakeholders. Partner and collaborate with leadership on strategic projects as needed, contributing to the growth and improvement of our customer support services. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Bilingual Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS technology company. At least 3 years of experience in technical support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence. Resilience and adaptability in a dynamically changing business and product environment, with a self-motivated and internally driven approach to work. Trustworthiness, reliability, and a high level of integrity, with a customer-obsessed mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding support. Bonus points will be given to candidates with experience working in a remote environment, familiarity with helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk), or a background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
