This fast-paced program requires a commitment to member healthcare needs, particularly for an elderly and disabled community. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and customer-centric approach will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Responsibilities** * Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service * Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Maintain and update customer information as necessary * Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services * Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns **Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED * Customer service experience is a plus, but not required * Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) * Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish * Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and address customer concerns * Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach * Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision **Work Environment** * Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with access to arenaflex's proprietary software and tools * Your work-at-home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file * arenaflex will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, which may include a webcam * You will need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection - DSL or Cable only.
