Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries * Providing excellent customer service through active listening * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive * Appropriately communicating with customers **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
